I ran this morning and thought I might die. Word to the wise: Waiting until 10 AM to run with only coffee in your system does not help curb the "I am going to die" feeling.
On the flip side, I have officially shunned running shorts in favor of the Skirt Sports Gym Girl Ultra running skirt. It is fantastic. I get to look like a girl AND be comfortable.
